Kinki Yogyo Co., Ltd., was established with capital stock of 15.5 million yen at 1728 Tsui, Seidan-cho, Mihara-gun(Minami-Awaji City), Hyogo Prefecture(currently Seidan Daiichi Factory).

 
Dec., 1961 Seidan Daiichi Factory opened. First kiln began operations.
Mar., 1964 Second term Seidan Daiichi Factory construction completed. Second kiln began operations.
May, 1968 Tsuna Factory (currently HQ Factory) opened. First kiln began operations.
May, 1970 Second term Tsuna Factory construction completed. Second kiln began operations.
Nov., 1973 Tsuna Factory became a JIS certified factory.
Oct., 1980 Seidan Daiichi Works became a JIS certified factory.
Oct., 1986 Kyowa Ceramic Co., Ltd., and
Kinki Industry Co., Ltd (currently Seidan Daini Factory) were merged to form Kinki Ceramics Co., Ltd.
Capital Stock was increased to 92.2million yen.
Headquarters was moved to 881-8 Otani, Awaji City, Hyogo Prefecture.
First and Second kilns in previous Tsuna Factory were disposed of and a fully-automated line for Japanese-style Ibushi roofing tiles was launched and began operations.

Seidan Daiichi Factory fully-automated line for Japanese-style roofing tiles production was modified for the production of flat ceramic roofing tiles with the ability to produce 400,000 tiles per month.
Jan., 2000 The old kiln that had produced Japanese-style roofing tiles in Seidan Daiichi Factory was disposed of and a new kiln for flat roofing tiles was launched and began operations with the ability to produce 600,000 tiles per month.
Aug., 2001 Seidan Daiichi Factory Automated line was modified with the ability to produce 1million flat roofing tiles per month.
